Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Align partnership strategies with company goals to expand presence in targeted professional communities.
- Plan and oversee efforts related to professional associations, endorsements, and affiliations.
- Optimize inbound lead lifecycle, identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with Marketing and IT teams to enhance technical triggers and communication verbiage.
- Advise Marketing and Operations teams on refining lead generation tactics based on sales data.
- Manage exhibition strategies for industry conferences to ensure premium brand representation.
- Maintain professional conduct and tact in interactions with executives, clients, and stakeholders.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to achieve measurable revenue growth and strategic goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or related field required.
- Active Maryland Property and Casualty License required and must be maintained in good standing.
- 4-6 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related roles preferred.
- Proven ability to drive business results through relationship-based sales and strategic planning.
- Experience managing large-scale projects, such as conference presence and endorsement agreements.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for high-level stakeholder interactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Marketing and IT teams using data-driven approaches.
