Overview

  • Support the testing and validation of new internal tools through structured data processing workflows.
  • Execute high-volume, repeatable tasks with precision and accuracy in a remote work environment.
  • Engage in structured onboarding and training to learn specific workflows and processes.
  • Collaborate with teams to provide feedback on AI-assisted tools and participate in testing phases.
  • Ensure consistent throughput and maintain quality standards across all processed cases.
  • Work independently and reliably within a structured schedule, meeting throughput targets.
  • Utilize spreadsheets and document-based workflows effectively to complete assigned tasks.
  • Contribute to the success of the project by adhering to guidelines and flagging discrepancies proactively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Learn and execute a defined data processing workflow repeatedly across a large volume of cases.
  • Review input documents, extract relevant data, and validate information accurately.
  • Maintain high accuracy and consistency, flagging any deviations from expected patterns.
  • Process cases using both standard and AI-assisted tools, noting discrepancies and providing feedback.
  • Participate in feedback sessions to support tool testing and improvement phases.
  • Communicate effectively with the team to address blockers and clarify uncertainties.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed within the engagement window with no loose ends.
  • Follow structured guidelines and provide specific, actionable feedback on tool performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required; entry-level position suitable for candidates with 2 years of experience.
  • Experience in data entry, data processing, or similar high-volume, detail-intensive roles preferred.
  • Proficiency in learning new software tools and internal systems quickly.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and document-based workflows.
  • Strong written communication skills for flagging issues and providing structured feedback.
  • Available to work a consistent schedule during the engagement window and meet throughput targets.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of sustaining focus across repetitive tasks.
