- Develop and maintain relationships with hospital leadership and clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage inpatient pharmacy operations, ensuring high-quality pharmaceutical care and regulatory compliance.

- Supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, interns, and technicians.

- Monitor drug inventory and supply chain to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide strategic oversight for drug use management and pharmacotherapeutic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Lead training and education efforts for pharmacy staff and healthcare providers.
Job Requirements
- Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in inpatient pharmacy operations in an acute hospital setting.
- Washington Pharmacist License required at hire; National Provider Identifier within 6 months.
- Experience managing operational budgets and leading pharmacy teams.
- Preferred completion of PGY1 or PGY2 residency.
- Experience with hospital expansion efforts and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards, including DEA and HIPAA compliance.
- Strong leadership skills in a 24/7 hospital setting.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing clinical workflows.
