Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Process purchase orders and manage inventory records accurately.
  • Enter invoices and maintain bookkeeping records using accounting software.
  • Provide customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless administrative operations.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciling accounts as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with GAAP standards and organizational policies.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Support the transition of temporary operations to permanent solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Accounting or related field required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience; 2 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Netsuite, Oracle, or A2000 preferred.
  • Understanding of GAAP principles and ability to apply them effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
  • Ability to work onsite during standard business hours (9-5pm).
  • Excellent communication skills for customer service and team collaboration.
