Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage vendor contracts, negotiations, and relationships to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess data needs, prioritize initiatives, and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Act as the escalation point for critical vendor-related processes and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of subscriptions, vendor interactions, and compliance activities to support organizational transparency.
  • Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure timely renewals and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to data quality control, tracking, and reporting workflows to support organizational goals and decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of seven years of experience in market data management.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing high-performing teams in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation capabilities with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing efficient processes and workflows to achieve organizational goals.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
  • Familiarity with legal, compliance, or audit workflows is preferred to ensure regulatory adherence.
