Overview
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Provide administrative support to maintain smooth day-to-day operations within a professional services environment.
- Manage reception area, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and handling mail and deliveries.
- Assist in preparing client packets and tax return folders during peak seasons.
- Coordinate internal events, meetings, and training sessions as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and firm information.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and orders are placed timely.
- Support partners and managers with administrative tasks and firm operations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of receptionist or administrative experience in professional services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with excellent client service skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Experience with accounting/tax software is a plus.
- Familiarity with handling sensitive financial or client documents preferred.
