Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, engineering, or design industries.
- Proficiency in AIA billing, Sage accounting software, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Procore project management software is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and ability to work under pressure.
- Prior supervisory experience, with skills in mentoring and team development.
- Valid driver's license and ability to work on-site five days a week.
