Overview
- Support trade lifecycle management within a fast-paced financial environment, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Portfolio Management and Trading teams to address trade-related queries and discrepancies.
- Leverage technology to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention, enhancing scalability.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage accurate trade capture across derivatives and other financial products.
- Monitor risk and position management platforms, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Ensure trades are correctly booked, affirmed, and reflected in risk systems.
- Collaborate with Sales, Trading, and Operations teams for trade allocation and settlement.
- Evaluate and improve existing processes using automation and technology.
- Maintain ownership of the trade lifecycle, ensuring operational controls at each stage.
- Design and implement process improvements for a scalable operating model.
- Ensure P&L accuracy, including intraday flash and T+1 valuation sign-off.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial services environment.
- Working knowledge of at least one asset class; derivatives experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal.
- Interest in coding, preferably Python, and process improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of the full trade lifecycle and associated controls.
- Corporate actions knowledge is desirable.
