Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Conduct thorough analysis of project documents to develop accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing and availability information.
• Prepare and present detailed bid proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets and provide recommendations for adjustments.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimation or project management.
• Preferred 10 years of experience in a managerial estimation role.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of industry standards and cost trends.
