Overview

  • Lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team in a mid-sized construction firm specializing in tilt-wall and ground-up projects.
  • Manage diverse projects, including industrial, retail, and corporate interiors, with budgets ranging from $35M to $120M.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation and milestone achievement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout project execution.
  • Engage with stakeholders to align project goals and deliver exceptional results.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of a reputable construction firm with a history of quality projects.
  • Work on-site, fostering collaboration and effective communication with field teams.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including field staff and office personnel, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing challenges and implementing solutions proactively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in tilt-wall construction.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale construction projects with budgets exceeding $35M.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
