Overview
- Support full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing and engineering roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and workforce needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage approximately 15 requisitions simultaneously, maintaining high standards of candidate engagement and process efficiency.
- Contribute to onsite engagement initiatives, including job fairs, college fairs, and campus recruiting events.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Adapt focus as required to meet dynamic recruitment needs and organizational priorities.
- Work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities effectively.
- Support branding and engagement events to enhance the organization's visibility and attractiveness.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Develop and execute recruitment plans tailored to specific manufacturing and engineering roles.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
- Collaborate with the Senior Talent Acquisition Leader to support global recruitment efforts.
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to source and attract qualified candidates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely follow-up and communication to candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in organizing and participating in local recruitment events to enhance talent pipelines.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in recruitment or HR preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or engineering sectors.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build solid relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in managing multiple requisitions and adapting to changing priorities.
- Experience with recruitment branding and engagement activities, including job fairs and campus events.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote tasks.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms for sourcing and candidate management.
