Overview
- Serve as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on recruitment for manufacturing and engineering roles within a dynamic hybrid work environment.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for approximately 15 requisitions simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.
- Engage in proactive sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for entry-level and specialized positions.
- Support onsite engagement initiatives such as job fairs, college fairs, and campus recruiting events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, team members, and hiring managers.
- Adapt to changing priorities and provide recruitment support across various departments as needed.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts to enhance the organization's visibility within the talent market.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Organize and participate in local recruitment events to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with the Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support global opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations during recruitment activities.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize hiring processes.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional education in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within manufacturing or engineering sectors.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong customer service skills and a sense of urgency in recruitment activities.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment with varying schedules.
