Job Description

Overview

  • Lead the development and integration of Salesforce CRM technologies within a dynamic IT team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to design and implement strategic CRM enhancements.
  • Drive innovation in CRM workflows and applications, both on-premise and cloud-based.
  • Contribute to shaping the organization’s CRM vision and marketing strategies.
  • Support business users by resolving application errors and data discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with hybrid work policies and foster an inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop integration solutions for CRM ecosystems using Azure and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Create applications leveraging Azure App Services, Azure SQL Database, and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Collaborate with IT members to propose system changes and troubleshoot issues.
  • Support business users by investigating and resolving application errors and queries.
  • Articulate technical concepts effectively to lead business stakeholders.
  • Shape strategic CRM vision and enhance related marketing materials.
  • Manage vendor relationships and prioritize tasks with users and managers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field required.
  • 10+ years of experience with C#/Python, .NET Core, and SQL Server.
  • Proficiency in advanced SQL querying and ETL tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, and relevant APIs.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Microservices, and master data management concepts.
  • Technical writing and documentation proficiency.
  • Knowledge of financial products and portfolio management processes.
