Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in recruitment, with a preference for 10 years in lateral hiring.
  • Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
