Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial integrity and assets.
- Assist in audits by preparing documentation and liaising with external auditors.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience; 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills are essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of GAAP and other relevant accounting standards is required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- CPA certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
