Overview
- Serve as Vice President within the Fund Origination team, focusing on product development, structuring, and lifecycle management for alternative investment vehicles.
- Lead initiatives to onboard and manage funds investing alongside third-party alternative asset managers for wealth management channels.
- Collaborate with asset and wealth managers to structure and launch funds meeting client, regulatory, and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure efficient and successful fund launches from concept to execution.
- Oversee the creation and refinement of marketing materials supporting fund origination and lifecycle management.
- Engage with internal Legal and Compliance teams to secure necessary reviews and approvals for fund initiatives.
- Contribute to strategic projects and ad hoc fund launch initiatives to enhance service offerings.
- Provide leadership in product management decisions for existing funds on the menu.
Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in product structuring, fund administration, or custodial relationships.
- Strong expertise in alternative investments, focusing on various fund structures and lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts effectively.
