Job Description

Overview

  • Contribute to fund origination initiatives, focusing on product development, structuring, and lifecycle management across diverse alternative investment vehicles.
  • Collaborate with asset and wealth managers to structure and launch funds meeting regulatory and commercial requirements.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure efficient and successful fund launches.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials and coordinate with internal legal and compliance teams.
  • Prepare and manage materials for fund approvals and launches, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Leverage expertise to shape service offerings across multiple fund structures.
  • Support ad hoc initiatives and strategic projects as needed within the fund origination team.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead structuring and execution of fund origination initiatives from concept through launch.
  • Collaborate with asset managers and wealth managers to align fund structures with client needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Develop and oversee marketing materials for new fund launches.
  • Manage product decisions for existing funds on the menu.
  • Contribute to shaping service offerings across diverse fund structures.
  • Support strategic projects and initiatives to enhance fund origination processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of product structuring experience; 5 years preferred.
  • Experience in alternative investments with focus on fund structures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
