Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the inpatient telemetry department.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor patient telemetry data and address any critical findings promptly.
- Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Facilitate staff training and competency assessments in telemetry practices.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans.
- Manage departmental resources, including staffing, equipment, and supplies.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred.
- Current California RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemetry nursing; 3 years preferred.
- Proficiency in basic EKG interpretation or completion of a relevant course within 6 months.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills in a healthcare setting.
