Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction estimating preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating; 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate cost assessments.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and present estimates.
