Job Description

Overview

  • Act as a pivotal contributor to the client’s business development and marketing strategies, fostering growth and innovation.
  • Support attorneys in cultivating external relationships and executing impactful business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling materials and presentations that align with strategic goals.
  • Coordinate and manage events, ensuring seamless execution and effective vendor collaboration.
  • Maintain and optimize the CRM database, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for business development efforts.
  • Conduct research on prospects and industry trends to support targeted initiatives.
  • Contribute to digital presence through website content updates and social media engagement.
  • Provide on-site support for events, including technical and logistical assistance.
  • Promote a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture, driving team success.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan and execute firm events, managing vendor communications and material preparations.
  • Assist attorneys in creating and refining pitch materials to support client acquisition.
  • Ensure CRM database integrity, generating insightful reports for strategic planning.
  • Administer the Business Development Incentive Program, coordinating milestones and events.
  • Collaborate on the creation of engaging presentations and marketing collateral.
  • Organize internal events, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Prepare promotional materials and oversee inventory for business development activities.
  • Support ad hoc projects, contributing to the firm’s strategic initiatives.
  • Represent the firm at local trade shows and events, enhancing visibility and outreach.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or marketing roles preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, with InterAction experience being advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Constant Contact and social media platforms is desirable.
  • Strong skills in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and event planning within professional services.
