Overview

  • Serve clients' tax and family office service needs with accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare work papers, tax projections, and returns for partnerships, trusts, individuals, and foundations.
  • Conduct tax research to provide insights into specific client situations.
  • Develop deliverables for quarterly client meetings across service areas.
  • Participate in weekly scheduling meetings and manage multiple assignments.
  • Present on tax technical topics from current selections periodically.
  • Communicate project statuses effectively with team members.
  • Assist with family office duties as assigned or needed.
  • Support the firm's commitment to client service excellence and innovation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fields required.
  • 150 credit hours preferred for CPA exam eligibility; graduate degree desirable.
  • 2+ years of public accounting experience serving high-net-worth families preferred.
  • Experience in family office services is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of tax preparation and research methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in communication and presentation skills for technical topics.
