Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and implement investor relations strategies to support capital formation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations, capital markets, or real estate.
• Preferred 7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven expertise in capital raising and investor engagement processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop and manage investor-facing materials effectively.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with occasional travel.
• Experience in strategic planning and financial goal execution.
