Overview
- Lead tax planning initiatives for ultra-high-net-worth clients, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated wealth management strategies.
- Collaborate with client advisors to deliver tailored financial planning solutions across diverse domains.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external advisors to enhance service offerings.
- Provide mentorship and training to internal teams on tax concepts and best practices.
- Create educational materials and presentations to support client and internal development.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, consistent planning advice across the organization.
- Engage in strategic discussions to address complex financial and risk management matters.
- Contribute to the firm's platform development and content curation efforts.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Serve as a subject matter expert on complex tax and planning issues for client teams.
- Collaborate with advisors to identify client needs and develop actionable strategies.
- Review client materials to highlight key considerations and risks.
- Participate in client meetings to provide senior-level planning expertise.
- Manage relationships with external service providers and curate preferred advisor lists.
- Develop internal training sessions and educational content for client advisors.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in tax planning and wealth management.
- Proven expertise in planning techniques for ultra-high-net-worth clients.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities to simplify complex topics.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
