Job Description

Overview

  • Collaborate with project teams to manage multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards, delivering exceptional results.
  • Support the development and implementation of construction plans and strategies.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
  • Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and problem-solving expertise to address construction challenges.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of project progress and milestones.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the construction team.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage day-to-day operations of multifamily construction projects, ensuring timely and efficient progress.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to align objectives and expectations.
  • Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts.

Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage project workflows.
  • Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications accurately.
