Job Description

Overview

  • Act as a proactive HR Generalist supporting dynamic operations and workforce needs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals and initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth HR operations including onboarding, payroll, and benefits management.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; HR certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR Generalist experience; 6 years preferred.
  • Experience in field-based environments such as construction or industrial sectors is advantageous.
  • Strong expertise in employee relations and workforce engagement strategies.
  • Ability to work onsite in dynamic project settings with flexible scheduling.
  • Proven ability to operate independently while collaborating with remote teams.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance requirements in field operations settings.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, team-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills.
