Overview
- Provide psychiatric care and medication management to individuals with complex mental health needs.

- Deliver emergency first aid and CPR when necessary.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to assess patient needs.
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications tailored to individual treatment plans.
- Provide medication management for patients with complex mental health conditions.
- Respond promptly to emergent clinical situations, including crisis interventions.
- Collaborate with program leadership to develop and implement effective policies.
- Offer guidance and support to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
- Participate in organizational committees focused on training and incident reviews.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical standards.
Job Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing with Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience, with 3 years preferred.
- Strong emergency response and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in writing, documentation, and computer systems.
- Experience with mental health and substance use populations is advantageous.
- CPR/AED/First Aid/Naloxone certification or willingness to obtain.
- Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
