Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, managing external consultants and internal processes effectively.
- Supervise financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and tax compliance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with service providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality delivery.
- Support investment teams with legal, accounting, and tax considerations for international projects.
- Attend investor meetings, providing updates on operational strategies and firm performance metrics.
- Develop and implement monetizable services for business partners, enhancing firm capabilities and market positioning.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree with 10+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or operations.
- Proven expertise in team leadership, organizational prioritization, and feedback processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to operational challenges.
- Experience in investment funds, energy markets, or trading is preferred.
- CPA or CFA certification and knowledge of derivatives accounting are advantageous.
