Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee daily operations, including IT systems, HR management, and facility operations to ensure seamless functionality.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, managing external consultants and internal processes effectively.
• Supervise financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and tax compliance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with service providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality delivery.
• Support investment teams with legal, accounting, and tax considerations for international projects.
• Attend investor meetings, providing updates on operational strategies and firm performance metrics.
• Develop and implement monetizable services for business partners, enhancing firm capabilities and market positioning.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree with 10+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or operations.
• Proven expertise in team leadership, organizational prioritization, and feedback processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to operational challenges.
• Experience in investment funds, energy markets, or trading is preferred.
• CPA or CFA certification and knowledge of derivatives accounting are advantageous.
• Forward-thinking mindset with interest in AI and innovative business solutions.
• Ability to manage compliance processes and ensure regulatory adherence effectively.
