Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience, with 3 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems for managing recruitment workflows.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Experience conducting behavior-based interviews and assessments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination or booster within the last two years.
