Job Description

Overview

  • Assist in managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate with project teams to coordinate resources, schedules, and deliverables effectively.
  • Support the project manager in overseeing budgets and financial controls for assigned projects.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
  • Participate in pre-construction planning and post-construction evaluations to optimize processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
  • Contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes during project execution.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and documentation to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist in preparing project budgets and tracking expenses to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address project challenges and implement solutions.
  • Support procurement activities, including sourcing materials and negotiating contracts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
