Job Description

Overview

  • Coordinate and produce onsite, multi-site, and virtual events with high-profile stakeholders.
  • Manage AV requests using automated ticketing systems and scheduling software.
  • Provide technical guidance for event planning, rehearsals, and troubleshooting.
  • Oversee webinar production, ensuring technical logistics meet high standards.
  • Train staff on AV software, hardware, and best practices, creating user guides.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver seamless event execution and technical support.
  • Travel between office locations as needed to support event operations.
  • Work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Produce and manage AV aspects for meetings and events across various formats.
  • Utilize webinar platforms for event coordination and attendee support.
  • Train users on AV tools and software, providing expert guidance.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
  • Resolve technical issues swiftly to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Collaborate with vendors to meet technical requirements and resolve issues.
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders and team members.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with 1-5 years of AV experience.
  • Proficiency in webinar platforms like Zoom, WebEx, and GoToWebinar.
  • Experience with AV hardware, VTC systems, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Strong skills in creating technical documentation and training resources.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Preferred certifications: CTS, CompTIA A+, MCP.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and ticketing systems like Zendesk.
