Overview
- Lead financial operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure organizational excellence.
- Serve as the CFO’s right hand, gaining comprehensive insight into the business and driving strategic initiatives.
- Blend traditional accounting leadership with operational involvement across HR, payroll, IT, billing, and accounts payable.
- Mentor and develop a team of 5–6 direct reports, fostering accountability and growth.
- Drive timely and accurate financial reporting and monthly close processes.
- Lead audits, regulatory filings, cost reports, and compliance efforts with precision.
- Partner with the CFO on system upgrades, process improvements, and optimization initiatives.
- Maintain strong internal controls and data integrity to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate daily with teams across operations, HR, clinical services, and external partners.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles.
- Preferred 7 years of experience in similar leadership positions.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop teams, fostering accountability and growth.
- Experience with system upgrades, process improvements, and optimization initiatives.
