Overview

- Oversee payroll, employee benefits, and 401(k) plan administration.
- Coordinate tax planning efforts and liaise with external tax advisors.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and improve financial processes.
- Manage office operations, including vendor coordination and client meeting preparation.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Execute day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting and reconciliation.
- Prepare detailed financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to inform strategic decisions.
- Administer payroll and employee benefits, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Coordinate tax planning and collaborate with external advisors for tax compliance.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 8–12+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in professional services.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Experience with project-based accounting and invoicing highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle accounting independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
