Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Perform architectural design assignments independently for projects of moderate size and complexity.
• Conduct analyses of design, planning, and occupancy studies to develop layouts.
• Prepare project specifications, compile data, and analyze relevant information.
• Write reports, plans, cost estimates, and calculations for project deliverables.
• Collaborate actively with team members to share insights and project direction.
• Research and record information to support assigned project work effectively.
• Ensure technical precision and adherence to design standards in all assignments.

Job Requirements

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) is required.
• Active architectural license with 3–5 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and standard project delivery software.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a drive for precision and quality in design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
