Overview
- Serve as the primary support for the Managing Partner, ensuring seamless operations and communication.
- Coordinate schedules, travel arrangements, and meetings for the Managing Partner and occasionally accompanying family members.
- Prepare and manage internal materials, reports, and correspondence for various business activities.
- Act as the liaison between the Managing Partner and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring efficient information flow.
- Support marketing and client service initiatives, contributing to the firm's strategic goals.
- Maintain a high level of organization and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Uphold the firm's values of integrity, excellence, and authentic communication.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Schedule and coordinate all internal and external meetings for the Managing Partner.
- Manage travel arrangements, including coordination with travel agencies and preparation of itineraries.
- Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other essential documents for business operations.
- Handle incoming correspondence, ensuring timely sorting and distribution.
- Utilize software tools for document creation, data management, and presentations.
- Maintain records databases and ensure accurate filing and retrieval of corporate documents.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients, fostering strong relationships.
- Assist in organizing and executing time-sensitive tasks, including occasional weekend responsibilities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts degree required, with proven experience in executive assistant roles.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates with 5 years.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
