Project Architect

Overview

• Lead architectural projects focusing on industrial, distribution, and warehouse facilities, ensuring design excellence and compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and functional architectural solutions.
• Manage project lifecycles from concept development to construction documentation and execution.
• Ensure adherence to client requirements, budget constraints, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop detailed architectural designs for industrial and warehouse facilities.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to integrate structural and mechanical systems.
• Prepare and review construction documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Lead project meetings and provide updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
• Ensure all projects meet safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure high-quality materials and workmanship.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years of architectural experience, with 10 years preferred.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong knowledge of industrial and warehouse facility design standards.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
