Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans tailored to industry-specific needs.
  • Assist in annual planning and revenue growth initiatives for assigned practice areas.
  • Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitors, and client opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support branding and thought leadership efforts.
  • Organize and manage events, webinars, and sponsorships targeting key industry audiences.
  • Identify and facilitate cross-selling opportunities to strengthen client relationships.
  • Track and report on business development activities and outcomes to refine strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in business development or marketing within professional services.
  • Deep understanding of financial services, fintech, or digital asset markets preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and business intelligence tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to present to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach to business development.
  • Ability to travel and work on-site as required by the role.
