Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Provide strategic guidance to management on compensation and benefits practices.

Job Requirements
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; advanced degrees preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, and HRIS management.
- Proven leadership experience in developing and implementing Total Rewards strategies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits practices.
- Proficiency in payroll systems, taxation, and benefits administration processes.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with self-funded plans and innovative benefits program design preferred.
