Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Manage and mentor project teams, including Assistant Project Managers and Superintendents.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to optimize project outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Implement quality control measures to uphold construction excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Proven track record in managing luxury interiors and tenant improvement projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage client relationships.
