Overview
- Design and develop advanced wire harness systems for innovative electromechanical platforms, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

- Create detailed wiring diagrams, schematics, and pinout documentation to support development and manufacturing processes.
- Implement robust strategies for connectors, shielding, and grounding to enhance system durability and performance.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of electrical harnesses in both laboratory and field environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during system integration and testing phases.
- Support manufacturing teams by ensuring compliance with high-reliability standards and providing technical guidance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of electrical integration processes and system designs.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Design and optimize wire harness systems tailored for high-performance electromechanical applications.
- Develop comprehensive documentation including wiring diagrams, schematics, and pinouts to support system integration.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in wire harness design and electrical integration.
- Proficiency in electrical design tools such as Zuken E3, Mentor Graphics, or Altium.
- Experience with integrating sensors, computing systems, and power electronics into designs.
- Knowledge of MIL-STD practices and high-reliability manufacturing standards.
- Hands-on experience with testing and troubleshooting electrical systems using lab equipment.
- Familiarity with ruggedized systems designed for harsh environments and conditions.
- Strong understanding of signal integrity, grounding, shielding, and power distribution principles.
