Job Description

Overview

  • Support prospective residents by providing exceptional customer service and guiding them through the leasing process.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, showcasing the community's unique benefits and amenities.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and achieve leasing objectives.
  • Conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits to prospective residents.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and apartment search criteria.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries about leasing processes and community offerings.
  • Adapt to a dynamic environment, embracing change and delivering results.
  • Provide support for administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Welcome prospective residents, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
  • Manage check-in processes and maintain accurate prospect information in the system.
  • Understand and document prospective residents' housing needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed information on leasing processes, apartment availability, and community amenities.
  • Conduct property tours, showcasing the community's features and benefits effectively.
  • Collaborate with leasing office staff to meet service standards and business goals.
  • Assist with administrative duties and contribute to special projects as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a high level of integrity.

Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent education preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Availability to work weekends is required.
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, real estate, leasing, or related fields preferred.
  • Previous experience in multifamily residential property management is a plus.
