- Work onsite in a full-time capacity, adhering to a structured schedule without overtime.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth administrative workflows and client interactions.
- Set up conference rooms and greet clients, maintaining a welcoming office environment.
- Handle onboarding procedures, equipment setup, and supply inventory management.
- Assist executives with scheduling, email correspondence, and administrative support tasks.
- Utilize QuickBooks and Lacerte systems for accounting-related administrative tasks.
- Perform secretarial duties, including document preparation and client communication.
- Collaborate with HR for new hire setups and compliance with firm policies.
- Maintain a positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or equivalent educational background.
- Minimum of 4 years of office management experience, preferably in an accounting firm.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Lacerte systems is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail for managing administrative tasks.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office software.
