Overview
- Serve as the lead Business Analyst for Allvue Systems, driving innovative solutions and system enhancements to support fund management operations.
- Collaborate across departments to identify and implement scalable solutions tailored to organizational needs and industry best practices.
- Lead automation initiatives to streamline accounting workflows and reporting processes, ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop comprehensive functional requirements and oversee technical teams to ensure successful system upgrades and enhancements.
- Provide expert training and create documentation to promote effective use of the Allvue platform across the organization.
- Support onboarding processes for new funds, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality of the platform.
- Contribute to the strategic roadmap for the Allvue platform, aligning system capabilities with organizational growth objectives.
- Engage with stakeholders to address system requirements, driving continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead the strategic configuration, optimization, and maintenance of the Allvue platform to meet evolving organizational needs.
- Automate accounting workflows and reporting deliverables to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks.
- Translate complex operational requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring enhanced system functionality.
- Manage system upgrades, hotfix testing, and production deployments to ensure seamless operations and minimal disruptions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve system issues and implement effective solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison to Allvue for issue resolution, roadmap planning, and strategic collaboration opportunities.
- Prepare detailed functional requirements and oversee development teams to ensure successful platform enhancements.
- Deliver user training and create documentation to ensure adherence to system best practices and operational standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience, with 6 years preferred, in related roles.
- Extensive expertise with the Allvue platform, including multiple implementations and configurations.
- Strong understanding of private equity, credit, and hybrid fund structures.
- Proven ability to translate complex operational needs into effective technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with software vendors and technical teams.
- Prior fund accounting experience is highly preferred for this role.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to drive successful outcomes.
