Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to inform accurate diagnoses and effective treatment planning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient-specific needs and goals.
• Prescribe and manage medication regimens, ensuring patient safety and therapeutic effectiveness.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of patient interactions and clinical progress.
• Adapt to dynamic clinical environments and provide flexible care solutions to meet patient needs.
• Support extended patient access through early morning and evening clinical hours as required.

Job Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing with specialization as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
• Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
• Active state licensure and DEA registration, or eligibility to obtain these credentials.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in psychiatric care, with 3 years preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently in patient care settings.
• Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic clinical environments and patient needs.
