Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; active state nursing license.
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience; ICU experience preferred.
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
- Certification in specialty area or CNML preferred within 3 years of hire.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage ICU operations effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to promote teamwork.
