Overview

- Monitor and manage branch operations helpdesk tickets, providing timely resolutions and updates.
- Conduct maintenance on customer and deposit account records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Ensure proper reporting and monitoring of daily system and exception reports.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Review and process customer and deposit account maintenance requests efficiently and accurately.
- Analyze and manage unposted deposit system transactions, ensuring compliance with banking standards.
- Monitor and approve foreign currency exchange transactions and daily deposit rate changes.
- Prepare detailed monthly board reports on department activities and metrics.
- Review mobile deposit exceptions and collaborate with the eBanking department for resolution.
- Maintain high standards of communication with retail banking staff, ensuring operational clarity.
- Assist managers in executing projects and addressing operational challenges effectively.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving operational processes and systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree, preferably in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail branch or deposit operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge of banking industry products, services, and operational practices.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
