Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Draft and review revocable, irrevocable, and other complex trust agreements.
  • Prepare wills, powers of attorney, healthcare proxies, and related estate planning documents.
  • Assist attorneys with advanced estate planning strategies and trust administration.
  • Prepare trust funding documents, deeds, assignments, and beneficiary designations.
  • Coordinate document execution and maintain organized client files.
  • Demonstrate empathetic communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Support trust and estate administration tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Trusts & Estates Paralegal.
  • Strong background in drafting complex trust and estate planning documents.
  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of estate planning and trust administration processes.
  • Proficiency in legal document preparation and client file management.
  • Ability to work onsite in a professional office environment.
