Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests across various clinical sections.
- Ensure laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
- Analyze test results and report findings to physicians and healthcare teams.
- Adhere to laboratory protocols and regulatory standards for quality assurance.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior laboratory staff as needed.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field required.
- ASCP certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant laboratory experience; 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency with EPIC, Vitros, Unity, and WellSky systems preferred.
- Specialty certifications from ASCP are advantageous.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate testing.
