Job Requirements

- ASCP certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant laboratory experience; 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency with EPIC, Vitros, Unity, and WellSky systems is advantageous.
- Specialty certifications through ASCP are highly desirable for advanced roles.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus for patient communication.
