POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Technical Business Development Manager/Director to join our dynamic IT and Technical Recruiting division. This role offers the chance to lead business development initiatives, build lasting relationships with industry leaders, and drive growth in a rapidly evolving sector. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand the client base within the IT and technical sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and hiring managers at targeted organizations.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, market research, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to align client needs with top-tier technical talent.
  • Negotiate and close business agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for clients and Green Key Resources.
  • Monitor industry trends and leverage insights to refine business strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, manage pipelines, and report on business development metrics.
  • Participate in professional events and forums to enhance visibility and build networks within the technical recruiting space.
  • Contribute to team goals by sharing insights, strategies, and best practices for business development success.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or technical recruiting.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships in the IT and technical sectors.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
