Overview

  • Lead nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance in a dynamic healthcare environment.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering professional growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise nursing staff, including performance evaluations and professional development.
  • Coordinate patient triage and assist providers during examinations and treatments.
  • Monitor clinical logs, reports, and inventory for operational accuracy.
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments under provider orders.
  • Audit patient records to ensure compliance with documentation standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Current RN license and CPR certification in New Jersey.
  • Minimum 3 years of ambulatory care experience; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in patient-prevalent languages is advantageous.
